There are a number of disabled parking spaces available at Tulleys Christmas Light Festival for Blue Badge holders.

Please let a member of our parking team aware and present your Blue Badge on arrival - the team will direct you to the disabled parking area.

All parking is free and cannot be prebooked or reserved. Vehicles may not be left overnight.

There are accessible toilets located at each of our 3 toilet areas.

Tulleys Christmas Light Festival is proud to have dedicated medical, security and welfare teams on site to keep all those visiting safe.

Should you require the assistance of these services please let any staff member aware.

Our dedicated Guest Services team are also on hand to help and can be found at the 'Trading Post'.

Our courtyard and pathway areas are made up of a combination of tarmac and gravel hard standing so may be uneven.

The Christmas Lights trail is presented in a natural landscape. Therefore, some of the terrain through the woodland is not always suitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters or buggies and may be particularly challenging in adverse weather conditions.

Please note that some of the areas of the trail include both inclines and declines which could make it more challenging to manoeuvre wheelchairs and buggies at these points.

If you would like to be advised on shortened trails, please speak to a member of events staff who will assist you in finding alternative routes. However, please do note that the shortened trails will miss several of our light displays.

Tulleys Christmas Light Festival welcomes all dogs including trained assistance dogs across our event site. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
